CSME is a member-driven organization. We welcome active members who wish to contribute their expertise to the governance and technical advancement of mechanical engineering in Canada.

Eligibility (summary)

    Must be a Professional Member of CSME in good standing
  • 2
    Minimum of 2 years continuous CSME membership
  • 3
    Demonstrated commitment to mechanical engineering advancement in Canada
  • 4
    Ability to attend semi-annual Board meetings (virtual or in-person)
  • 5
    Attendance at the Annual General Meeting during CSME Congress
  • 6
    Willingness to contribute 5–10 hours per month to CSME activities
  • 7
    No conflicts of interest with competing organizations
